We / Us means J Grodzinski & Daughters Ltd trading as Grodz Edgware.
This is the "small print" otherwise called terms and conditions ( we will refer to them as "t&cs") . It governs the ordering of goods by you and the acceptance of orders by us. These t&cs may be changed from time to time. Those t&cs shown on our website at the time that your order is placed are the t&cs which are effective.
Nothing in these t&cs is intended to limit your statutory rights, nor to limit our liability to you for the results of our being negligent
If you need to serve a Notice on us it must be in writing and sent to our registered office at 88 Crawford Street London W1H 2EJ

We have taken care in building this website, but do not guarantee that its use will not cause damage to your equipment. We do not accept liability (except if we have been negligent) for any loss delay or damage caused by using it.
We have also take reasonable care describing the goods and their prices but mistakes do sometimes happen and we accept orders on the basis that pictures and descriptions may not be exactly what you will receive.
We accept your website orders based on normal conditions of availability. We might have to cancel your order, if for reasons beyond our control (for example if we do not have the correct Raw Materials in stock), your order cannot be fulfilled. In such a case we will let you know at our earliest opportunity and if you do not want to wait until a later date for your order, we will refund any payments made as soon as administratively possible.
Except in the case of manifest error prices on the website will be honoured, however if a major Raw Material rises in price before we can amend the price shown on the website, we reserve the right to change the price charged to you, but will give you the opportunity to cancel your order if the new price is not acceptable.
Most orders are personal and cannot be sold to anyone else and therefore cannot be cancelled. Payment must be made before production commences and cannot be refunded.
We ensure that our goods are in excellent condition when they leave our premises. If you ask us to arrange for delivery on your behalf, our liability for condition of goods ceases as we hand the goods to the deliverer.
Neither we nor you will be liable for losses for breach of this contract which could have reasonably been foreseen.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product that you are ordering is suitable for your purpose. If you intend to take the goods abroad, then it is your responsibility to ensure that this is legal
This website, any content contained therein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
Once goods are ordered and paid for, we do not offer refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
